Digital Realty selected at Equans Data Centers as a strategic general contractor partner for the design, construction, and commissioning of its latest data centre, PAR15, located in Dugny, France. The project further strengthens our longstanding collaboration between the two companies, spanning more than 20 years.
PAR15 is a three-storey colocation data centre providing 23,320 m² of IT space and up to 66MW of IT power. Designed to meet the highest standards of reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance, the facility will play a key role in Digital Realty’s continued expansion in France.
Equans Data Centers will oversee all phases of the project, including:
- Greenfield construction
- HV substation
- Campus external works, including networks
- Specialist mechanical and electrical design
- Internal data hall fit-out
- Installation of critical infrastructure
- Five stage commissioning
The project will be executed by the team based in France, in close collaboration with the local partners and stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery.

Construction began in December 2025, with the development structured into four phases. The first phase will deliver 12MW of it power, marking a significant step so ward full operational capacity.
