Our Executive Committee demonstrates a visible and active commitment to health and safety, setting a strong example for all employees. We have established an effective “downward” communications system and management system, ensuring health and safety communications flow seamlessly from the top down. Moreover, we firmly believe in the integration of sound health and safety management with every facet of our business decisions. Assessment and review
At Equans Data Centers, we maintain a safe and secure workplace environment through a systematic approach, achieved by assessing and reviewing our health and safety arrangement and controls. This involves implementing the necessary policies and procedures in line with ISO 45001 management system that allow us to identify, manage and control health and safety risks in the workplace at all stages of construction. We also define key performance indicators for the business, ensuring they are incorporated into management reviews and decision-making processes. Additionally, we continuously evaluate the effectiveness and consistency of the management system through robust internal auditing, reviewing, and acting upon results. Our aim is to create a workplace where health, safety and wellbeing are never compromised.

Health & safety 12 golden rules
Equans Data Centers adopts the group Health and Safety 12 Golden Rules framework across all construction sites and offices. Underpinned by the framework, we are committed to keeping everyone, on every site, at every time, everywhere in the world – SAFE. Through all data center construction sites, the permanent objective is to reach - 0 Fatal or Serious accidents.
